What's the difference between a Gel, Deluxe and Luxury SPA Treatment?

A gel manicure or pedicure uses a specific gel polish that is cured with an LED Gel Lamp. The result is a glossy looking polish that is chip-resistant and may last up to 4 weeks. Gel polishes must be removed professionally as they don't just come off with normal nail polish remover. The range of gel I use and highly recommend is called The GelBottle. A deluxe manicure or pedicure is a treatment that includes soaking the hands or feet and nails, cuticle work, scrub, mask, lotion, massage and then polish on the nails if you wish. The polish used during a deluxe treatment lasts much longer on the feet than hands and can be removed with everyday nail polish remover. A Luxury SPA manicure or pedicure uses the bodycare range from The GelBottle and is the height of luxury which utilises beautiful spa-inspired scents. Try and avoid having hands and feet in water for long periods.

Wear gloves for washing pots, cleaning, gardening and diy.

Use mani/pedi cream after you have washed your hands and after bathing.

Apply cuticle oil to the cuticles, side of nails and nails (even with polish on) and massage in to increase blood flow, this will encourage nail growth.

Avoid harsh chemicals, cleaning solutions or abrasive surfaces to maintain polish for as long as possible.
